儲罐招標公告

State Environmental Protection Administration (SEPA) on behalf of Chinese Government has received a certain amount of MLF grant through UNIDO, UNEP and Japan, which is used for phase-out CFC-12 in Refrigeration Servicing at Vehicle Disposal center, Training Center, and Mobile Air Conditioning Stations, who are small and medium enterprises but play a major role in the refrigeration service sector. Under the entrustment of FECO of SEPA, China Green Enterprise Limited, as the tendering agent, was responsible for the procurement of goods and service under above mentioned project. It is intended that part of the proceeds of this grant will be applied to eligible payments under the contracts for following Goods and Services:

國家環境保護總局(SEPA)代表中華人民共和國政府接受了蒙特利爾多邊基金的一筆贈款，這些贈款資金主要用于中國制冷維修行業在各報廢回收中心、培訓中心和汽車空調站的CFC-12淘汰計劃，此項目由聯合國工業發展組織（UNIDO）、聯合國環境署（UNEP）和日本政府共同負責國際執行。中綠實業有限公司受國家環保局對外經濟合作領導小組辦公室（FECO）的委托，作為招標機構負責該項目的設備及服務的招標采購工作。項目設備采購的費用主要由蒙特利爾多邊基金贈款資助,具體采購設備如下表所列：
