1.中國電能成套設備有限公司（以下簡稱招標代理機構 ）受霍林河坑口發電有限公司（以下簡稱招標人）委托，采用公開招標方式，邀請相關設備制造/供貨商（以下稱申請人，通過資格審查后為投標人）參加霍林河坑口發電有限公司新建工程所需設備及服務的投標資格預審。
2.必須通過ISO9000系列質量體系認證，并滿足相關的資質要求。
3.本次招標采取資格預審，只有資格審查的申請人方可參加投標活動。

有興趣且具備相應資質的合格投標人可于2005年11月14日9:00前向霍林河發電有限責任公司提交資格預審文件參加資格預審，文件1正 3副。

The Bidding Announcement and the Preliminary Qualification Examination Announcement

1. China Power Complete Equipment Co.ltd (hereinafter called “Tendering Commission Agent”) entrusted by the Huolinhe Electricity Generation Limited Corporation (hereinafter called “Tender”), selects the public bidding methods, and invites relevant equipment manufacturers/suppliers (hereinafter called “Applicants”, after qualification examination for” bidders”) to participate in the bidding preliminary qualification examination for equipment (to see equipment and related request data sheet) and service in the new construction.
2. The applicants must pass the ISO9000 Series Quality System Authentication, and meet the relevant qualification request.
3. This tender adopts the preliminary qualification examination, and only the applicants which pass the examination will be permitted to join the bids.

5. The Submits of the documents for preliminary qualification examination
The qualified bidders interested in and with corresponding qualification can join the preliminary examination after submitting documents for the preliminary qualification examination to the Huolinhe Electricity Generation Co., Ltd.,.The documents include 1 original and 3 copies.
