2.3.1 過濾機型式
      過濾機采用真空負壓過濾機，過濾機真空室內的真空由過濾泵的抽吸產生并設有真空破壞裝置對真空室的真空進行破壞和消除。
2.3.2  設計參數
①  處理能力： 15000L/min.臺
②  數    量：  3套
③  表面負荷:   ≤37m3/m2.h
④  過濾精度：  由賣方確定
⑤  外形尺寸要求： 
真空過濾機單機總長度應≤17m
⑥  處理效果：
與磁性過濾機共同作用后，磁性過濾機的出口乳化液的品質需要滿足如下要求： 
灰份含量：≤150mg/L
鐵粉含量：≤100mg/L

2.4.1過濾機型式
      永磁系列磁性過濾機
2.4.2 設計參數
①  數量：共3 套
②  型式：磁性過濾機安裝在循環箱外側，與1#循環箱、2#循環箱、3#循環箱緊鄰。磁性過濾機的磁棒為永磁產品，并配套鋼結構框架外殼。
③  處理能力：15000 L/min.臺

Mill emulsion system Vacuum filter 3 set magnetic filter 3 set 一、Vacuum filter 2.3.1 Filter form The filter shall be the vacuum negative pressure filter, the vacuum from the vacuum chamber of the filter can be generated by means of suction by the filtration pump, in addition, the chamber is equipped with the vacuum breaking device which shall function to break and eliminate the vacuum. 2.3.2 Design parameters ① Handling capacity: 15000L/min/ filter ② Quantity: 3 sets ③ External load: ≤37m3/m2.h ④ Filtration precision: To be determined by the Seller ⑤ Requirement on the outline dimension: The total length of one vacuum filter shall be ≤17m 二、the magnetic filter 2.4.1The filter form Magnetic filter of permanent magnetic system 2.4.2 Design parameters ① Quantity: 3 sets in total ② Form: the magnetic filter shall be arranged outside of the circulation tank, in the close vicinity of 1# circulation tank, 2# circulation tank and 3# circulation tank.
