本次招標以采用資格預審形式，意向投標人按要求提交報名資料，經招標小組評審合格后才有資格參與投標。投標人資格要求具體如下：
1、在中國境內注冊，已發注冊并取得工商管理局頒發的的營業執照，營業期限的截止日期晚于合同預計終止日期（2020年3月）；
2、經營范圍需要擬包含該招采的業務范圍。
3、能夠保證我方所有酒店項目在實施過程中及時供應；
4、2年內有3家合作公司的業績證明合同；
This bidding is in the form of prequalification. The intended bidders shall submit the registration materials as required and shall be qualified to participate in the bidding only after passing the evaluation of the bidding team.
Bidder qualification requirements are as follows：
1. It is registered in China, has been registered and obtained the business license issued by the administration for industry and commerce, and the deadline of the business term is later than the expected termination date of the contract (March 2020);
2. The business scope shall include the business scope to be recruited.
3. Can guarantee the timely supply of all our hotel projects during the implementation process;
4. Within 2 years, there are 3 contracts with performance certificates of the cooperative companies;
