To whom it may concern,



廈航集團計劃在2021年采用經營租賃方式引進2架二手B737-800飛機。現誠邀各租賃公司前來垂詢洽談。基本要求如下：

Xiamen Airlines（including its subsidiary Hebei Airlines) plans to introduce 2 used B737-800 aircrafts to be delivered in the year of 2021 by operating lease. We now sincerely invite all leasing companies to inquire with us. The followings are the basic requirements:

一、招標文件獲取方式 Way to Obtain bidding documents

請在工作日時間通過電子郵件聯系我公司獲得招標文件，我公司將以電子文本的格式將《招標文件》發送至供應商所指定的電子郵箱***

Please contact us by email during business daysto obtain the bidding documents. XIA will send the soft copyto your email. Please print the tender by yourself. Noted that the deadline for handing in the proposal is 12：00 noon, 23 March,2021, Beijing time.

三、供應商的資格要求 Qualification Requirements for Lessors

請在提交報價時同時提供最近一年經審計的財務報告，凈資產須不低于5000萬美元。如果未達到上述要求報價將可能無效。

Please submit the audited financial report for the recent year, together with your proposal. The net worth of the Lessor shall be no less than USD 50 Million. If the Lessor cannot meet the requirements, the proposal may be invalid.

四、本采購公告的解釋權歸廈門航空有限公司。

XIA has the right to interpret this purchase notice.
