現擬將對頤海食品（泰國）有限公司工藝管道項目總包供應商進行招募，有關事項公告如下：

It is planned to recruit the general contractor of process pipeline project of Yihai food (Thailand) Co., Ltd. the relevant matters are announced as follows:




一、項目概況Project summary:

1. 項目名稱：頤海食品（泰國）有限公司工廠—工藝管道安裝總包；

Project name: General contract for installation of process pipeline of Yihai food (Thailand) Co., Ltd

2. 項目規模：年產量1.5萬噸火鍋底料、復合調味料、方便食品的工藝管道及機電安裝總包工程；

Scale of the project: EPC project of process piping and mechanical and electrical installation of hot pot seasoning, compound seasoning and convenient food with an annual output of 15000 tons;

3. 工期要求：合同簽訂后120個日歷天；

Project period requirement: 120 calendar days after signing the contract

4. 項目地址：***

Project address: Yihai Food (Thailand) Co., Ltd. Sambandit sub district,Uthai district, Pranakhonsriayutthaya province (Rojana Ayutthaya Industrial Park), Thailand；

5. 項目內容Project Scope:

1) 室外油罐區，含10T白酒灌1個，50~100T油罐4個的配套泵和閥門的安裝。

Outdoor tanks area, contains pumps and valves installation for 1 10T wine tank and 4 50~100T oil tanks.

2) 8臺蒸汽炒鍋、6臺燃氣炒鍋、10臺接料槽、2套油脂加熱機組(含緩沖罐)、10臺儲罐、N臺轉子泵/離心泵、10臺攪拌槽（伴熱）、1套工藝管道（閥門、管件等）、1套CIP系統、軟化水系統1套，1套真空刷鍋水系統；

8 steam woks, 6 Gas woks, 10 receiving tanks, 2 sets of oil heating units (including buffer tank), 10 storage tanks, several sets of rotor pumps / centrifugal pumps, 10 mixing tanks (heat jacket), 1 set of process piping system (valves, pipe fittings, etc.), 1 set of CIP system, 1 set of softened water system, 1 set of vacuum suction system for cleaning water;

3) 公用工程：水、電、氣、蒸汽、氮氣管道連接，部分防腐以及絕熱工程

Utilities: water, electricity, gas, steam, nitrogen pipe connection, part of anti-corrosion and insulation works

4) 自控儀表：溫度計、液位計、流量計、傳感器等安裝工程

Automatic control instrument: thermometer, liquid level meter, flowmeter, sensor and other installation works

5) 電氣和自控：電線、電纜、信號傳輸、橋架、線管、控制箱、觸摸屏、可視化看板、中央控制室等

Electrical and automatic control: wire, cable, signal transmission, bridge, tube, control box, touch screen, visual screen, central control room, etc.

6) 罐體、設備、管道、閥門及附件等需符合《食品企業通用衛生規范》的有關規定。

Tanks, equipment, pipes, valves and accessories shall comply with the relevant provisions of 《General hygienic specification for food enterprises》




二、報名資格Registration qualification ：

1.施工資質：機電安裝工程施工總承包貳級、壓力管道GC2級及以上資質;

Construction qualification: Grade II for general contracting of mechanical and electrical installation engineering and grade GC2 or above for pressure pipeline

2.注冊資金：獨立的法人資格，注冊資金要求不低于5000萬人民幣；

Registered capital: an independent legal person with a registered capital of no less than 20 million RMB;

3.施工業績：具有豐富的食品行業施工經驗，需提供三年以內合作客戶信息(必須為食品或制藥車間工藝管道項目案例)及簽訂的施工合同復印件，單個合同金額不低于2000萬人民幣，項目案例不低于三個(海外項目優先);

Construction performance: have rich construction experience in food industry, need to provide information of cooperative customers within three years (must be case of process pipeline project in food or Pharmaceutical Workshop) and copies of signed construction contract, single contract amount is not less than 20 million RMB, project case is not less than three (overseas project is preferred)；

4.售后服務：具有履行項目所必須的完善的售后服務體系，有良好的商業信譽和較強的經營實力及健全的財務會計制度；

After sales service: it has perfect after-sales service system, good business reputation, strong business strength and sound financial accounting system;

5.有依法繳納稅收和社會保障的良好記錄；

Have a good record of paying taxes and social security according to law;

6.具備3年及以上運營經驗，參加本次招標活動前三年內，在經營活動中沒有違法記錄，項目涉及的壓力容器設備及壓力管道，需要委托專業設計院設計及屬地技術監督局進行報備、驗收、注冊登記，相關手續及驗收問題由施工企業出面解決，完工后將相關手續及辦理的使用證、專業設計圖紙交與我方；

With more than 3 years of operation experience, there is no illegal record in the business activities in the three years before participating in this bidding activity. The pressure vessel equipment and pressure pipeline involved in the project need to be reported, accepted and registered by the design and territorial Technical Supervision Bureau of the professional design institute, and the relevant procedures and acceptance problems are solved by the construction enterprise, After the completion of the project, we will hand over the relevant procedures, user’s license and professional design drawings to us;

7.本項目不接受聯合體投標；

The project does not accept the consortium bidding;

8.投標方不得有以下情形：

The bidder shall not:

1)處于停業狀態；

In a state of suspension;

2)被暫時取消投標資格或禁止從事投標活動；

Being disqualified from bidding or prohibited from bidding activities;

3)其公司或財產被接管或凍結；

Its company or property is taken over or frozen;

4)嚴重違反合同約定，或出現質量、服務不符合約定等方面的問題(針對現有合作以及合作過的供應商)；

Serious breach of the contract, or quality, service does not comply with the agreement and other issues (for existing cooperation and cooperation suppliers);

5)違反我司供應商承諾內容(針對現有合作以及合作過的供應商)；

Violation of our supplier commitment (for the existing cooperation and cooperation with the supplier); and;

6)其他不適合承攬本項目的情形;

Other circumstances not suitable for contracting the project;




三、資質要求 Qualification requirements ：

1、公司簡介，包括但不限于公司綜合能力、財務能力、施工能力、服務能力以及與機電產品商合作情況等內容介紹;

Company profile, including but not limited to the company’s comprehensive ability, financial ability, construction ability, service ability and cooperation with mechanical and electrical products suppliers;

2、企業營業執照、法人代表身份有效證明、被授權人身份有效證明（復印件并加蓋公章），授權委托書;

Business license, legal representative’s valid identity certificate, authorized person’s valid identity certificate (copy with official seal), power of attorney

3、需要提供承包施工資質、安全生產許可證、質量管理體系證書等;

It is necessary to provide construction qualification, safety production license, quality management system certificate, etc;

4、稅務局官網中查詢的納稅人資格截圖，建筑市場監管公共服務平臺投標人的誠信信息中企業黑名單的截圖，信用中國網站的失信被執行人、企業經營異常名單、重大稅收違法案件當事人名單的截圖和政府采購網上政府采購嚴重違法失信行為記錄名單的截圖;

The screenshots of the taxpayer qualification inquired on the official website of the tax bureau, the blacklist of enterprises in the integrity information of the bidders of the public service platform for construction market supervision, the list of dishonest persons to be executed, the list of abnormal business operations of enterprises, the list of parties involved in major tax violations and the list of records of serious dishonest behaviors in government procurement on the government procurement website;

5、近三年財務報表（含利潤表、資產負債表、現金流量表）;

Financial statements in recent three years (including income statement, balance sheet and cash flow statement);

6、辦公場所證明（含加蓋公章的租賃合同或自有房產證明復印件）;

Office space certificate (including copy of lease contract with official seal or self owned property certificate);

7、近五年類似工程業績表：含加蓋公章的合同或中標通知書復印件;

Performance table of similar projects in recent five years: including copies of contract or letter of acceptance with official seal;

備注：以上資質證件均需要彩色復印-加蓋公章(此公章為后期與我司合作的公司公章);
