Entrusted by the purchaser, Shenzhen Donghai International Tendering Co., Ltd. 2. 有意向的合格投標人可從2023年9月27日起至2023年10月10日每天（節假日除外）上午9：00～11：30，下午2：30～5：00（北京時間）在中國廣東省深圳市羅湖區太寧路2號百仕達大廈27B售標書處購買招標文件，本招標文件售價：人民幣500元，售后不退。

The interested qualified bidders may purchase the bid documents from 9:00 am~11:30 am and 2:30 pm~5:00 pm (Beijing time) every day (except holidays) from September 27, 2023 to October 10, 2023, at the Sales Office, 27B, Sinolink Worldwide Building, No.2, Taining Road, Luohu District, Shenzhen, Guangdong, China, upon payment of a non-refundable fee 500 RMB yuan.

三、提交投標文件截止時間、開標時間和地點

1.所有投標文件應于2023年10月18日下午14：30（北京時間）之前遞交到深圳市東海國際招標有限公司開標室。（本項目采用郵寄的方式接收投標文件，請各位投標供應商于開標時間前郵寄至：中國廣東省深圳市羅湖區太寧路2號百仕達大廈27B（以快遞送達時間為準）如快遞送到時間超過開標時間，將被拒收。）

All bidding documents shall be submitted to the Bid Opening Office of Shenzhen Donghai International Tendering Co., Ltd. before October 18, 2023 at 14:30 PM (Beijing Time). (The bidding documents are received by mail in this project, and the bidding supplier shall mail them to the 27B, Baishida Building, No. 2 Taining Road, Luohu District, Shenzhen City, Guangdong Province, China before the bid opening time (subject to the delivery time of express delivery). If the express delivery time exceeds the bid opening time, it will be rejected.)
