3.3 本項目允許聯合體投標；本項目允許2家供應商組成聯合體。

Other qualification requirements: 3.1 This project is intended for procurement by small and medium-sized enterprises ; 3.2 Not included in the list of dishonest persons subject to enforcement on the Credit China website (www.creditchina. gov.cn), the list of parties involved in major tax violations, and the record list of serious illegal and dishonest behavior in government procurement on the China Government Procurement Network (www.ccgp. gov.cn). Based on the credit records obtained from the "Credit China" website (www.creditchina. gov.cn) and the China Government Procurement website (www.ccgp. gov.cn) within the three years prior to the bidding deadline; 3.3 This project allows consortium bidding; This project allows two suppliers to form a consortium.        

(i)符合《中華人民共和國政府采購法》第二十二條的規定；

(i)Comply with the provisions of Article 22 of the"Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China";
