(b)落實政府采購政策需滿足的資格要求：落實預留份額措施，提高中小企業在政府采購中的份額，支持中小企業發展：本項目專門面向中小企業采購，評審時，中小企業產品均不執行價格折扣優惠。        

(b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies: Implement measures to reserve shares, increase the share of SMEs in government procurement, and support the development of SMEs: This project is specifically for the procurement SMEs, and during evaluation, no price discount preferences are given to the products of SMEs.        

(c)本項目的特定資格要求：3.1未被列入《信用中國網站》（www.creditchina.gov.cn）失信被執行人名單、重大稅收違法案件當事人名單和“中國政府采購網”（www.ccgp.gov.cn）政府采購嚴重違法失信行為記錄名單[以查詢的提交首次響應文件截止之日前3年內的信用記錄為準]。
3.2持有有效的營業執照和安全生產許可證。
3.3具有電子與智能化工程專業承包二級及以上資質。
3.4擬派項目經理具有機電工程專業貳級及其以上注冊建造師執業資格，具備有效的安全生產考核合格證書，且未擔任其他在建的建設工程項目的項目經理。        

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: 3.1 Not included in the list of dishonest persons who fail to perform their obligations in the "Credit China Website" (www.creditchinagov.cn), the list of major tax violations and the list of serious violations of government procurement in the "China Government Procurement Network" (www.ccgp.gov.cn) [the credit record within 3 years before the deadline for the first response document is submitted as the standard]. 3.2 Hold a valid business license and safety production license. 3.3 Have the qualification of professional contracting of electronic and intelligent engineering at or above the second level. 3.4 The project manager to be assigned the professional qualification of registered constructor of electromechanical engineering at or above the second level, has a valid safety production assessment certificate, and has not served as the project manager of other construction projects.        

(i)符合《中華人民共和國政府采購法》第二十二條的規定；
