合同履約期限：本項(xiàng)目一次采購三年有效，合同一年一簽，每年經(jīng)過采購人考核合格后，合同續(xù)簽一年，最長(zhǎng)不超過三年。本項(xiàng)目采購預(yù)算所涵蓋的服務(wù)期限為2025年11月1日起至2026年10月31日。        

The Contract Period: The project is procured for three years at a time, with the contract signed annually. The contract is renewed for one year each time after the purchaser's assessment, with a maximum duration of three years. The service period covered by the project's procurement budget is from 1 November 2025 to 31 October 2026.

(b)落實(shí)政府采購政策需滿足的資格要求：（1）扶持中小企業(yè)政策：本項(xiàng)目（□是■不是）專門面向中小企業(yè)采購，評(píng)審時(shí)小型和微型企業(yè)享受10%的價(jià)格折扣；（2）殘疾人福利性單位，并將其視同小微型企業(yè)。        

(b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies: (1) Policies supporting small and medium-sized enterprises: This project (□ yes ■ no) is specifically aimed at procurement from small and medium-sized enterprises, with small and micro enterprises enjoying a 10% price discount during evaluation; (2) Welfare units for people with disabilities are treated as small and micro enterprises.        

(c)本項(xiàng)目的特定資格要求：（3）須系依法設(shè)立的法人或非法人組織；
（4）本項(xiàng)目不允許轉(zhuǎn)包。
